The terms that apply to these pages

Using this website means you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. These terms are between you and Rodent Removal Atlanta.

What this service does

Rodent Removal Atlanta is a referral service. It connects homeowners, property managers, buyers and sellers in metro Atlanta with independent third-party contractors who hold the Georgia licenses that rodent work requires and who perform the trapping, sealing, cleanup, restoration and inspection work. We do not perform that work ourselves, we do not employ the people who attend your property, and the contractor who accepts a job may pay a referral fee. Your agreement for services, including price, scope, scheduling and any warranty, is made with that contractor alone.

What is and is not promised

The telephone line is answered around the clock, and whether a contractor can attend at a given hour depends on the company covering your area. Price bands shown on these pages come from published national and Atlanta cost surveys and are illustrative of typical jobs; they are not an offer and no figure here binds any contractor. We do not guarantee the work of any contractor, and nothing here is a guarantee of a result, a timeline or a price. Information about species, building construction, licensing and Georgia rules is provided in good faith and may change; verify anything you intend to rely on with the issuing authority.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about the property and the problem, and do not use this site to send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to attempt to disrupt it. Confirm any contractor's license and insurance before work begins; the Georgia Department of Agriculture publishes a structural pest control license lookup for that purpose. Where a property is tenanted or jointly owned, make sure you have the authority to commission work on it.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and code on these pages belong to Rodent Removal Atlanta or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Republishing the content commercially, copying it onto another site or using it to train an automated system is not permitted without written consent.

Third-party links

Some pages link to government agencies, universities and published cost surveys. Those sites are run by other organizations, we do not control what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else they say or sell.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, Rodent Removal Atlanta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from work carried out by a contractor introduced through it, including property damage, business interruption or lost income. Any direct liability we are found to have is limited to one hundred dollars. Claims arising from the work itself lie against the contractor that performed it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time and without notice, including where we believe these terms have been broken. You may end your use of it at any time by leaving.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this site or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time, and the revision date at the top of the page will move when we do. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the one that applies.
